  2. MMM, Twitch & Mother @ The Art School

Spinning with the mighty Twitch and MMM tomorrow night at the Art School bar in Glasgow. Starts at 8 and finishes at 12, which is a weird one. Fuck knows how all this even came about….. Should be good regardless.

  3. Collapse

Spinning a few plates down at The Glue Factory tomorrow night. This may be inconsequential but for the fact that it’s a seriously hefty line-up. For a start, it’s the UK debut of the one and only Container, the current alias of Nashville’s Ren Schofield, whom you might know from the filth of God Willing and Age Wave. Or might not. Blackest Ever Black’s Dalhous will be in effect too. Silk Cut will be going head-to-head with Dick Fifty, a project compromising of scumlords Ultimate Thrush and Blue Sabbath Black Fiji. Aleks Jurczyk will be presenting his new, all-modular thang The Orpheus Choir. Video artist Diane Edwards will be offering an installation. And the Glue Factory is a fucking perfect spot for all this to go down at.

Noise overlord and proprietor of Chocolate Monk Dylan Nyoukis met Peeesseye man Fritz Welch head-on in a battle of throat and make shift percussion last night at the Old Hairdressers, alongside Stewart Greenwood & Co. and Paul Jamieson, fellow postman and knob-twankerererer supreme.

  10. So Much Noise To Be Heard

I’ll have the privilege of warming up for Jamal Moss aka Hieroglyphic Being this coming Tuesday under the resurrected name of Mother. It’s gig times (8-12pm), which ironically means we’ll probably get away with playing hairier material. Not that Mr. Moss has ever given a fuck about what he plays in regards to when/where it’s happening. Needless to say that it’ll be a great night anyway, and a rare chance to see the man play in Scotland.
